As a responsible organisation, Tata Steel has been committed to promoting art and literature in the country. One of our initiatives includes organising Literary Meets in different regions of the country, such as Bengal (Kolkata), Odisha (Bhubaneswar), and Jharkhand (Ranchi). These Literary Meets have received an overwhelming response from people from all walks of life, and we believe that they have been highly beneficial.

The Literary Meet organised in Jharkhand last year was particularly noteworthy, as it provided a platform for local literary talent to showcase their skills and enabled distinguished scholars to share their narratives, resulting in a fruitful exchange of ideas. Our ultimate goal is to establish the Jharkhand Literary Meet as a prominent event on the national social calendar.

The main objective of the event is to promote literature among literary enthusiasts in society. It aims to support and encourage new ideas in the fields of literature, culture, and arts, while also serving as a platform for intellectual discussions on topics related to Indian youth, society, economics, and policies. The event seeks to engage with the youth and other intellectual minds in society, thereby fostering a sense of community and connection.
