Tata Steel Sports Department’s Karate Training Centre trainee Mr. Aarman Mahato won one Gold and a Bronze medal during the 5^th International Karate Championship at the Netaji Indoor Stadium, Kolkata, West Bengal held from 26^th to 28^th July, 2019.

Mahato won Gold medal in Boys Kata 10-Years category while securing Bronze medal in Boys Kumite 30-Kg category.

Tata Steel Sports Department officials including Head Ashish Kumar and Karate Training Centre Coach L Nageshwar Rao have congratulated Mahato for bringing laurels to the Centre.
