Mr Natarajan Chandrasekaran is the Chairman of Tata Sons Private Limited and the former CEO and MD of Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). Under his leadership, TCS became the largest private sector employer and was rated as the world's most powerful brand in IT services in 2015. TCS was also recognised as a Global Top Employer by the Top Employers Institute across 24 countries.

Mr Chandrasekaran has played an active role in Indo-US and India-UK CEO Forums and is part of India’s business taskforces for Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, Japan and Malaysia. He served as the Executive Chairman of NASSCOM, India’s apex trade body for IT services firms, in 2012-13 and continues to be a member of its governing executive council.

Mr Chandrasekaran has received several awards and was honoured with the ’Business Leader Award’ at the Economic Times Awards for Corporate Excellence 2016. He was voted the ‘Best CEO’ at the 2015 All-Asia Executive Team rankings for the fifth consecutive year in 2015. He was awarded the Frans Banninck Cocq Medal from the City of Amsterdam for promoting trade and economic relations between The Netherlands and India. Mr Chandrasekaran has been conferred honorary degrees and doctorates by several universities in India and abroad including KIIT University (2012), SRM University (2010) and Nyenrode Business Universiteit in the Netherlands, among others.

Mr Noel Naval Tata serves as Chairman, Tata Trusts and in that capacity chairs all the Trusts that comprise the Tata Trusts. Prior to this appointment, he was a Trustee on the Boards of Sir Dorabji Tata Trust and Sir Ratan Tata Trust.

Mr Noel N. Tata has been associated with the Tata group for over 40 years and currently serves on the Board of various Tata Group Companies, including as the Chairman of Trent Limited, Tata International Limited, Voltas Limited & Tata Investment Corporation Limited and as the Vice Chairman of Tata Steel and Titan Company Limited.

His last executive assignment was as the Managing Director of Tata International Limited, the trading and distribution arm of the Tata Group, between August 2010 and November 2021, where he grew the company from a turnover of USD 500 mn to over USD 3 bn. Prior to Tata International, Mr Tata served as the Managing Director of Trent Limited for more than 11 years, where he has overseen the growth of Trent across formats – from a one store operation in 1998 to over 800 stores across formats today.

Mr Tata graduated from Sussex University (UK) and has completed the International Executive Programme (IEP) from INSEAD.

He is the son of Mr Naval H. Tata and Mrs Simone N. Tata. He is married to Mrs Aloo Tata and they have three children- Leah, Maya and Neville.

The former Chairman of PwC India, Mr Deepak Kapoor was associated with the firm for over 30 years. He was named Partner in 1991 and was the Managing Director between 2007 and 2016.

Mr Kapoor has extensive experience in the audit function as well as business advisory related work and has led deals for more than eight years and has practiced in the area of telecom, entertainment and media for over a decade. His experience, in India and overseas, encompasses multiple industries including consumer products, manufacturing, telecom, technology, healthcare, entertainment and media.

Mr Kapoor is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a member of the Institute of Certified Fraud Examiners, USA.

Ms Bharti Gupta Ramola is an Independent Director on the Boards of HDFC Life Insurance Company Ltd and SRF Ltd.

She serves on the Governing Body of Lady Shriram College, the Board of Villgro Innovations Foundation, the GP Advisory Board of Unitus Impact Fund and the Advisory Board of Transforming Rural India Foundation.

Ms Ramola was a partner at PwC from 1992 through 2017. In the last 5 years of her career at PwC she was on the firm’s Management team in India while holding responsibility for the Marketing and Brand of the firm. During this time, she was also responsible for the PwC’s Financial Sector business across all verticals. Over the years she was a part of the founding teams of several advisory businesses including Corporate Finance, Project Finance, Change Management, Infrastructure, Government and Utilities and Sustainability for PwC in India. She led PwC’s work on Climate Change and Carbon transactions during the early days of the international carbon market.

She started her career in 1981 with ICICI, worked with the Nehru Foundation for Development in their environmental education division before joining PwC in 1984.

She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, and a bachelor’s degree (Hons) in Physics from St Stephen’s College, University of Delhi.

Shri Vijay Kumar Sharma superannuated as Chairman, Life Insurance Corporation of India on 31st December, 2018. Prior to his taking over as Chairman on 16th December 2016, he served as Chairman (In charge) from 16th September, 2016 and Managing Director, Life Insurance Corporation of India from 1st November, 2013. From December 2010 to November 2013, he served as Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer, LIC Housing Finance Limited (LICHFL), a premiere housing finance company in the country.

Shri Vijay Kumar Sharma, born on 19th December, 1958 is a post-graduate from Patna University. Shri Sharma joined Life Insurance Corporation of India as Direct Recruit Officer in 1981 and grew up with the Corporation since then. He held various challenging assignments pan India and in all operational streams including in-charge positions at different levels. Working across length and breadth of the country has added immensely to his experience and honed his understanding of demographics of the country, socio-economic needs of different regions and multi-cultural challenges in implementation of Corporate’s objectives.

As MD & CEO of LIC HFL, he stabilized the operations of the company under most challenging circumstances of negative media glare, intense scrutiny by Regulator & others and turned it around to be the best Housing Finance Company in 2011.

Currently he is on Board of ACC Limited, ICICI Bank Limited, Tata Steel Ltd. & Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd.

Dr Shekhar C. Mande is a structural and computational biologist and a well-known research scientist. He is a distinguished professor at the Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune. Prior to this, Dr Mande was the Director General of the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) and Secretary of the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research (DSIR), Government of India. He is one of India’s leading experts in DNA fingerprinting and diagnostics. As Director of the National Centre for Cell Science (NCCS), an autonomous Institute of the Department of Biotechnology, Government of India, Dr Mande oversaw the launch of the Indian Human Microbiome Initiative in the Northeast. In 2005, he was awarded the Shanti Swarup Bhatnagar Prize for Science and Technology – the most prestigious science award in India – in the category of Biological Sciences.

Dr Mande holds Ph.D. from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore in Molecular Biophysics. He holds Masters and Bachelor’s degree in physics from Nagpur University.

Mr Pramod Agrawal is the former Chairman and Managing Director (‘CMD’) of Coal India Limited. He has served as Joint Secretary in the Department of Disinvestment, Ministry of Finance, Government of India. He has about three decades of administrative experience as an IAS Officer in varied fields at State as well as Central level. Mr Agarwal has worked as Principal Secretary in Government of Madhya Pradesh in different departments directly linked with public welfare. He served as CMD of Madhya Pradesh Paschim Kshetra Vidyut Vitaran Company Limited, CEO of Madhya Pradesh Rural Road Development Authority and District Collector, Morena & Mahasamund. He is also a distinguished visiting professor at the Indian Institute of Management, Ranchi.

Mr Agrawal has completed B. Tech (Civil) in 1986, from IIT Mumbai and M. Tech (Design Engineering) in 1988, from IIT Delhi.

Mr Agrawal has core competency in the field of project management, strategic alliances, tactical planning, and high-stake negotiations. He has been professionally trained in Project Appraisal and Risk Management from Duke University, Raleigh, USA, Management of Technical Cooperation Projects from ITCILO Turin, Programme on Infrastructure, Development and Financing from IIM Ahmedabad, and Infrastructure Planning and Management from IIM Bangalore, and Study on Road Management Policies and Practices from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, Melbourne.

Mr Saurabh Agrawal is the Group Chief Financial Officer of Tata Sons, the holding company. He joined Tata Sons in June 2017 from the Aditya Birla Group where he was the Head of Strategy.

In a career spanning over two decades, Mr Agrawal has been the Head of Investment Banking in India for Bank of America Merrill Lynch and also Head of Corporate Finance business in India and South Asia for Standard Chartered bank.

Mr Agrawal has a wide-ranging experience in strategy and capital markets where he had a ringside view of the evolution of Indian economy since the mid-90s. He advised clients on transactions valued more than US$16 billion. In addition, Mr Agrawal has helped various large Indian and Global corporates raise over US$10 billion from the capital markets. In his advisory capacity, Mr Agrawal has advised several business groups like Tatas, AV Birla, GMR, ICICI, Bharti, DLF etc.

Mr Agrawal completed his undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering from IIT Roorkee and has a post graduate management degree from IIM Kolkata. He lives in Mumbai with his wife Shelly and two children. He is an avid reader, outdoors enthusiast & movie buff. He enjoys playing badminton and squash.

Mr T. V. Narendran is the CEO & Managing Director of Tata Steel Limited. As the CEO & MD, he has overseen the organic and inorganic growth of Tata Steel over the last decade. He has over 37 years of experience in the Mining and Metals industry.

Mr Narendran is currently on the Boards of Tata Steel Limited and Tata International Limited and he is the Chairman of Tata Steel Europe. He is serving as the President of All India Management Association (AIMA). He is a fellow of the Indian National Academy of Engineering and chairs the Boards of Governors of Xavier School of Management (XLRI) and Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. He is also a member of the Council of Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. He has served as the Chairman of the World Steel Association from 2024-25 and as the President of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) from 2021-22. He has also served as the President of the Indian Institute of Metals from 2021-22. He was the co-chair of the Mining & Metals Governors Council of the World Economic Forum from 2016-18.

Mr Narendran is a Mechanical Engineer from the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Trichy and did his MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Calcutta. He is a recipient of Distinguished Alumnus Awards from both NIT Trichy and IIM Calcutta. He is a fellow of the Indian National Academy of Engineers. He is a Chevening Scholar and has also attended the Advanced Management Programme at INSEAD, France.

Born in 1968, Mr Chatterjee is an Honours Graduate in Commerce from Calcutta University and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Mr Chatterjee joined Tata Steel limited in 1995 in Jamshedpur. He was then transferred to Tata Sons Limited in 1999 in the Group Executive Office. He re-joined Tata Steel limited on August 1, 2003 and was appointed as the Group CFO in 2008. He was inducted on the Board of Tata Steel Limited effective November 9, 2012. Further he was appointed as Group Executive Director (Finance & Corporate), Tata Steel in 2013. and re-appointed as Whole Time Director effective November 9, 2017 designated as Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer.

During the last 15 years in the Company, he has been part of the top leadership team in the company and has led the Company’s finance function and provided stewardship in the areas of financial strategy, performance management, large and complex financing in India and overseas of over USD 70 billion across several instruments and currencies, mergers and acquisitions including divestments, risk management, reporting and controlling, investor relations and taxation. He has also been deeply involved in portfolio restructuring and turnaround of business situations of various Subsidiary Companies.

Mr Chatterjee had been a member of the Primary Market Advisory Committee of the SEBI and was member of the task force set up by SEBI that drafted the Takeover Code. He was also the member of the Global Preparers Forum, the advisory body to the International Accounting Standards Board London. He is currently the member of International Integrated Reporting Council UK, Working Group on Group Insolvency set up by the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India, Global Task Force on Climate Related Financial Disclosures set up by the Financial Stability Board, Basel Switzerland. He is a frequent speaker in various conferences in India and abroad and has been recognised as one of India’s best CFO by several organisations like Business Today Magazine, CNBC, Asiamoney, Chartered Institute of Management Accountants UK. Recently in March 2019, he was awarded the CFO Lifetime Achievement Award by the Financial Express.
