Tata Steel holds Special Shabashi Awards Function
A Special Shabashi Award function was organized today at the Steelenium Hall, inside the Plant premises, to recognize employees for their exemplary performances. Mr. T V Narendran, CEO & MD, Tata Steel graced the occasion as Chief Guest and felicitated 25 employees belonging to various divisions/departments of Tata Steel, India operations. The function was attended by Vice Presidents, Chiefs and Heads of departments, Line Managers & HRM Executives.
The Special Shabashi Award is given to those employees who display consistent & exemplary performance in the fields of Safety, Environment, Quality, Efficiency, Work Discipline, Concern for Fellow Employees & Team Members, Change Initiative and Creativity. The Special Shabashi Award comprises of a Certificate of Recognition and a bonanza Holiday Package (with family) for four days / three nights at select tourist locations in India.
