Tata Steel inaugurates Aagaman
The inauguration of ‘Aagaman’, a 3-day orientation programme was held today at Steelennium Hall, Tata Steel. Mr T V Narendran, CEO & MD, Tata Steel graced the occasion as the Chief Guest, Mr R Ravi Prasad, President, Tata Workers’ Union graced the occasion as the Guest of Honour. Mr Suresh Dutt Tripathi, Vice President, Human Resource Management, Tata Steel and several other top executives from Union and Management of Tata Steel were also present during the occasion
The programme is being organized by the HRM Division of Tata Steel for all the newly elected Executive Committee Members of the Tata Workers’ Union in two batches.
The objective of this programme is to enable the Executive Committee Members of the Tata Workers’ Union to gain a perspective of Business & People challenges before the organisation and equip them with an understanding of the various systems & processes practised at the workplace to enhance their leadership effectiveness.
