Mr. Anand Sen Appointed Vice-President, Flat Products-Tata Steel
Mr. Anand Sen has been appointed Vice- President, Flat Products (FP), Tata Steel. Prior to this, he was Chief- Marketing and Sales, FP, Kolkata. He has taken over from Mr. H M Nerurkar, who has been appointed Vice -President (Kalinganagar Project).
Mr Sen, a Metallurgical Engineer from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur, joined Tata Steel in 1981 as a graduate trainee in the Scientific Services Division of the Company. He is also a Post-Graduate in Management from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Kolkata. Mr. Sen has worked in various capacities in Tata Steel and has vast and rich experience in marketing and sales, including special steel.
A widely travelled man, Mr. Anand Sen has authored numerous papers and articles. Mr Sen is currently a member of Board of Directors of Tinplate Co. of India Ltd.
