Creche inaugurated at Tata Steel’s OMQ Division, Joda
Adopting the best standards for employee well-being and quality of life, Tata Steel’s Ore Mines and Quarries (OMQ) Division at Joda inaugurated the creche named “Muskaan” near Hati Park, Joda East on December 20, 2018.
Ms Ruchi Narendran graced the occasion as Chief Guest and inaugurated the facility in the presence of senior officials from Tata Steel.
The modern and well-equipped crèche cum day care facility constructed over 3000 square feet area (approx.) aims at creating a haven for children of working parents. The facility is equipped with amenities to take care of a growing child’s daily needs and provisions for engaging them in various indoor activities, under the supervision of qualified caretakers.
Tata Steel has always considered people as its greatest asset and has devised its HR policies with prime focus on the development and growth of its people and employee relations. These are imbibed in its culture. It has adopted the best standards for employee well-being and quality of life. “Muskaan” is one of several such initiatives of progressive HR policy.
