Tata Steel is a Public Limited Company, headquartered at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. Its stock is listed and traded on stock exchanges located at Mumbai and Kolkata. Global Depository Receipts (GDR) issued by the company in the international market have been listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. The details of shareholding are given in Table 2.3, 2.4 & 2.5.
