Mr Bham is a Graduate in Commerce from Mumbai University. He is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Mr. Bham began his career as an Internal Auditor in Procter & Gamble. He joined Otis Elevators Co. India Ltd. in 1977 and was appointed as a Company Secretary from 1988. He joined Tata Steel in 2001 as a Company Secretary.

He is involved in the activities of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and was a Chairman of the Committee on Corporate Governance.
