Our Approach to Value Creation

Our approach to value creation is based on our vision, which lays equal emphasis on creating value for our business and our stakeholders as well as on being a responsible corporate citizen.

At Tata Steel, corporate governance and ethical business practices are guided by the Tata Code of Conduct (TCoC). Guided by our policies, we aspire to create value for all our stakeholders through focus on judicious use of resources, mitigating the negative impacts of our business and having an agile business model to respond to the changes in the external environment. We have a structured way of engaging with all our key stakeholders to capture their evolving needs and concerns. These inputs are then used in our strategic planning process.
