 Amrendra
Ranjan : after completing B.Tech. (Electrical Engg.) from IIT Kanpur
and Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from Xavier Labour
Relation Institute, Jamshedpur, Amrendra Ranjan joined Tata Steel in
1980 as a Graduate trainee.
Presently heading Maintenance activities at Sinter Plants, Amrendra has
worked in various capacities in Tubes Division, Cement Division, and
Cold Rolling Mill.

K. Das : joined Tata Steel as Graduate trainee 1980 after completing
B.Tech (Mechanical Engg.) (Hons.), from IIT Kharagpur. Currently holding
the position of Chief, Sinter Plant at Tata Steel, B. K. Das’ papers
have been published in different international and national technical
journals. He has also received various honors like the Indranil Gold
medal from M G M Society of India and O.P. Jindal Gold medal from IIMs.
