At Rs 4479 Crores, the turnover from Branded Products achieved in FY 07 was 17% higher than in FY 06. The Company revolutionised the sale of Rebars in the country with the launch of the “Selling by Pieces” alternative. This resulted in an unprecedented growth of 40% in sales and a record turnover of Rs 1100 crore, making Tata Tiscon the first Tata Steel brand to cross the Rs 1000 crore mark.
