India National Competition organised by Confederation of Indian Industries during December
8-11, 2003 conducted simultaneously in Bangalore and Mumbai. The award was conferred on
Tata Steel on the basis of performance of its employees who won a total of 11 prizes (5
firsts, 2 seconds and 4 thirds).
