For aligning individual's aspirations towards the organization's aspiration we need to follow some specific structure in an organization. The underlying philosophy of this structure is people's involvement and the structure as given below ensures involvement of people at all levels. This structure is built integrating the best practices of Six Sigma (Define Measure Analysis Improve Control), Total Productive Maintenance, TOP and our earlier continuous improvement projects (Value Engineering, Quality Improvement Projects, Method Improvement Projects, Bench Marking etc.) culture.

Explanation of Methodology - Heinrich Triangle

If there are 300 smaller issues / problem, then it can give rise to 29 medium problems and from the 29 medium problem, there can be one major problem.

In ASPIRE methodology this smaller issues are addressed through Mass Initiatives, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, Daily management etc.

The medium issues are addressed largely through Self Initiated Project. Sometimes DMAIC methodology is also adopted.

Whereas the major issues are the big ticket items and require breakthrough improvement. Those are considered as priority projects and addressed through DMAIC methodology.
