Tata Steel secures full placements for Housekeeping and F&B courses
Tata Steel Skill Development Society (TSSDS) has secured full placement for students of its Housekeeping and Food & Beverage (F&B) batches. Job offer letters were handed over to all the successful candidates—20 housekeeping trainees and 16 F & B trainees at a valedictory function held today at Hospitality Training Centre, Mango, Jamshedpur
The trainees have been placed in leading names in the hospitality sector like Taj Falaknuma (Hyderabad),Spazio Resort (Goa), Golden Leaf Resort (Jamshedpur); Little Italy (Vizag and Chennai), Regency Lagoon Resort, Rajkot etc. Salaries offered to the trainees range from Rs. 5,000-6,200. Additionally, they will been titled to free food and accommodation.
Mr. Debashis Chatterjee, Senior Manager, Skill Development, CSR, Tata Steel, encouraged the trainees to look out for every opportunity that can groom them, both professionally and personally.
Both the certificate courses on housekeeping, and food and beverage are of two-month duration.
TSSDS is running these courses in association with Indian Hotels and PRATHAM, an NGO.
