Hindi Elocution Competition Held at Centre for Excellence

As part of the efforts to reach out to the under-privileged sections of society, the SPPE at Centre for Excellence (CFE), Tata Steel organized the 5th Hindi Elocution Competition at the CFE today.

The event saw 75 students from 38 Project and Government schools across the city participate and speak on a wide variety of subjects from what Independence means to us, female infanticide, corruption and discipline to poems on nature and love for one's country. The children spoke eloquently, with a lot of confidence which only proved once again that given an opportunity and a platform, these children are able to showcase their inherent talent and skill.

An impressive panel of judges- Ms Archana Sinha, Mr Chandreshwar Khan, Ms Jyotsana Asthana and Mr Upendra Chathrath, all eminent academicians and literary figures of the city evaluated the efforts of the participants.
