~Athlete from Tata Steel wins Silver medal in 800M~

Ms. Sinimole Paulose, former cadet of Tata Athletics Academy who recently joined Sports Dept., Tata Steel as Asst. Manager, has won a Silver Medal in 800 M in the ongoing Asian Indoor Games at Macau, China. This is her second win at the Asian Indoor Games as she won a Gold medal yesterday in 1500 M race. Through her achievements in the last two days, Sinimole has made not only the country but also Tata Steel proud of her.

She won Gold in 800 M & 1500 M and also created meet record in 1500 M in the Sr. Inter State National Athletics Championship held at Chennai in 2006 and was declared best woman athlete.

At the Sr. Federation Cup National Athletics Championship at Kolkata 2007, she won Gold in 800 M and 1500 M respectively. At Open National Athletics Championship 23-26th October 2007 held at JRD Tata Sports Complex, Jamshedpur, she won Gold medal in 800 & 1500 M and also declared best woman athlete.
