around 2000 acres of land to the Steel Company
for the project in Kalinganagar, which has been
registered in favour of Tata Steel. |

Nippon Steel Corporation, Japan
has been appointed as the Technical Consultant
for the project. |

Finalisation
of the layout of the project is in a very
advanced stage. |

The project office at site has
initiated the construction of the boundary wall
and other preparatory works at Kalinganagar
Industrial Complex.
